Maison Premiere est un restaurant-bar à huîtres et cocktails situé dans le quartier de Williamsburg. Notre ambiance NOLA vous transportera dans les années folles avec notre décoration tamisée et notre jardin extérieur verdoyant. Nous sommes spécialisés dans les huîtres, avec une sélection de plus de 15 variétés, mais nous proposons également des plats de fruits de mer, des cocktails exceptionnels et un brunch le week-end. "Absinthe et poissons, tel est le concept de ce restaurant gastronomique qui fait la fierté de Brooklyn et prouve une fois de plus que la grande cuisine prend ses marques à Williamsburg. Un endroit très fréquenté par les Brooklynites juste après le travail pour ses happy hours qui proposent des huîtres à 1 dollar. Le menu de poissons est exquis : coquilles Saint-Jacques au citron et à la sauce soja, homard accompagné d'une délicieuse sauce aïoli et estragon ou encore maquereau épicé et préparé avec de l'ananas et de l'avocat. Les portions sont plutôt petites et il faudra commander au grand minimum une entrée et un plat chaud pour être rassasié."

"If we could only pick one place where we could bring a date for drinks and oysters in Brooklyn, we’d choose Maison Premiere every time. Come here for dishes like spicy clam toast and cod brandade as well as fancy craft cocktails made by bartenders wearing suspenders. If you want to feel like you're in the middle of a tropical rain forest instead of Williamsburg, request a table on the amazing back patio."
