Le pancake est excellent, croustillant à l’extérieur et moelleux à l’intérieur, un vrai gâteau! Possibilité de le prendre en single, deux ou trois mais rien qu’un est amplement suffisant! Grosse déception en revanche pour le chocolat chaud qui est arrivé bien plus tard au milieu de mon pancake et qui n’avait pas un très bon goût, je ne l’ai même pas fini. "

The hazelnut maple praline pancakes here are famous for a reason, and you've probably seen them on every single social media feed that you've ever encountered. This place may look like the beautiful home in Williamsburg that you'll never own, but at least you can own those pancakes (or the shakshuka or the steak and eggs). With its terracotta floor and ancient-looking wooden ceiling beams, this Williamsburg spot is probably what George Clooney’s second home in Italy looks like. You can get a lot of brunch-y things like avocado toast and shakshuka here, but the malted pancakes stand out as the “one of these things is not like the other” dish. They have a muffin-like texture and come with a slightly salty hazelnut maple praline topping that you spread like a jam. Pancakes hadn’t reached their full potential until these came along."
