Fondé en 2018 par une équipe passionnée, Loosie Rouge est situé dans le quartier de Williamsburg à Brooklyn, au 91 S 6th St. Ce lieu a rapidement su se faire une place grâce à son ambiance chaleureuse et son concept mêlant restaurant, bar et café. Son histoire est marquée par une volonté de créer un espace convivial où se mêlent cuisine de qualité et atmosphère décontractée.
Ce restaurant se distingue par ses spécialités en brunch, avec une offre variée de plats gourmets et de boissons artisanales, parfaits pour un moment food entre amis ou en famille.
