The boisterous, airy dining room is full of clinking glasses and a healthy buzz as guests reach over each other for tastes of one another's dishes. In the center, a slightly raised bar—or stage, depending on how you're looking at it—features Grueneberg and her team of pasta-makers hard at work on that night’s eight or nine offerings."
