"Al n. 16 della World’s Best 50 Bar 2024. Ho provato il Emperor’s torch ginger. Da mangiare le capesante (col chorizo e una salsa alle pere, pazzesche) e un crostaceo stranissimo mai visto prima, molto buono. Posto con pochissimi posti a sedere, bisogna prenotare. Ne vale la pena sia per i cocktail che per il cibo, anche se va considerato che è molto costoso. "

"No. 52 Worlds 100 Best Bars 2023 Average: $10 Two classic cocktails – the White Lady and Bee's Knees – were the original inspiration for the name of this Miraflores neighborhood cocktail bar, where a honeybee motif also threads throughout the decor and drinks (including the glassware and garnishes). Revel in the chic ambience at the bar, where drinks are executed with precision, but also know that the whole Lady Bee operation is infused with deeper meaning at several turns. Gabriela Leon and Alonso Palomino opened the place with sustainability in mind, so in addition to working with regional farmers and fishers to source fresh local seafood and produce, oftentimes kitchen ingredients are repurposed for the bar, and vice versa, to keep waste to a minimum. The bar staff also participates in reforestation efforts in the community, and sell goods made by local artists in the shop."
