"Cinabre, the French brand that provides the head of state's ties, has just opened an address in the 9th arrondissement housing a shop, the creative studio and two large suites with the "artisto-cool" art of living. THE CONCEPT — Formed by stylist Michel Goma (Jean Patou, Balenciaga), the Franco-Swedish Alexandre Chapellier created in 2011 Cinabre, a brand of neck accessories made in France. Karl Lagerfeld, Pharrell Williams or Emmanuel Macron adopt his ties, buttonholes and even bow ties, which also dress the bailiffs of the Élysée. For this first place dedicated to his brand, he imagined an "offbeat bourgeois house", nestled in the city of Bergère, a stone's throw from the Grands Boulevards. An atypical place where his art of living is declined, imbued with the seventies and the contemporary world, the figure of the dandy as well as the urban silhouette. On the ground floor, the shop adjoins the concierge box with its groom who welcomes customers of the two suites, located on the floors. Each of them, about a hundred square meters, has a living room, a kitchen and a bedroom. Two perfect Parisian refuges with cocktail bar, turntable and vinyl selection. The HÔTEL [€850-950pn] Alexandre Chapellier has partnered with Necchi Architecture to dress this space on four levels with inspirations that draw as much from Napoleon as from Loulou de la Falaise, from Stanley Kubrick as from the memories of the Palace, the mythical Parisian nightclub of the years 1970-80. The suites house vintage furniture and custom-designed wooden pieces, cushions made with Cinabre silk fabrics and carpet on the floor. On the walls, velvet, floral tapestry, old photos of the Chapellier family and photographs of Bianca Sforni (on sale). As with the manufacture of his accessories, Alexandre Chapellier has carefully sourced his suppliers: tapestry at Pierre Frey, artisanal bedding at Hästens (it is the only accommodation in France to offer this high-end Swedish brand), cosmetics at the French Céline Escand... Up to the chocolate of the Parisians of Plaq for breakfast, served in the room."
