Fondé en 2014 par le célèbre mixologue Patrick Pistolesi, Drink Kong s'impose rapidement comme l'un des bars les plus innovants de Rome. Situé dans le quartier Monti, au 8 Piazza di S. "Serve un menù di drink in base all’umore. Drink Kong è uno dei cocktail bar più iconici di Roma perché ha trasformato il gesto del bere miscelato in un’esperienza narrativa diversa dalle altre. Il locale colpisce subito: design moderno, luci al neon, cromie decise, un’estetica che fonde suggestioni orientali e minimalismo urbano. Ma è nel bicchiere che si compie la magia. Ogni drink è costruito come un pezzo unico, con una filosofia che unisce tecnica, ingredienti freschi e un approccio quasi culinario alla miscelazione. Qui si chiede all’ospite di dedicare al cocktail la stessa attenzione che si riserva a un piatto: leggere la tensione tra dolce, amaro, acidità e alcol come una composizione completa. Il ritmo della sala, la precisione dei bartender, i profumi e le tecniche raccontano una visione contemporanea del bere."
