The Winemakers Club : Vin, bar et ambiance unique à Londres
Fondé par John Baum, The Winemakers Club a ouvert ses portes en 2010 dans le quartier de Holborn, à Londres. Anciennement une cave datant de 150 ans, ce lieu chargé d’histoire est devenu un incontournable pour les amateurs de vin. La passion pour le vin et le service de qualité anime chaque aspect de ce bar à vin, qui attire aussi bien les locaux que les professionnels de la région de St Paul's et Chancery Lane.
Ce wine bar se distingue par sa sélection exclusive de vins importés, principalement issus de producteurs italiens et hongrois, avec un accent sur les vins biologiques et de petite production. En plus de sa carte de vins, The Winemakers Club propose des dégustations, des planches de fromages et des tapas, notamment du pain de Coombeshead Farm et des fromages français et britanniques. C’est un lieu idéal pour apprécier un verre de vin dans une ambiance conviviale et authentique.

"Run by the ever-effervescent John Baum, this venue (it was a wine cellar for 150 years before becoming a wine bar) has attracted a loyal following of locals and professionals from the surrounding areas of St Paul's and Chancery Lane. The list is built to showcase the producers whose wine The Winemakers Club exclusively imports. As per John's experience, the focus hovers around Italian and Hungarian producers, but also includes bottles from small family growers with an emphasis on small-production, organic and low-intervention wines. To eat there are all of the staples one could wish for, Coombeshead Farm bread, Raclette Cheese Toastie with optional Mortadella and a plate of seasonal French and British cheeses."
