"What is it? New York City's best Italian restaurant. Rezdôra follows chef Stefano Secchi's turn at highly-regarded Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy. Why we love it? Dinner at Rezdôra feels like a new culinary experience even for people who grew up on pasta night. Individual plates are available, but its $98 regional pasta tasting is an exciting tour of the restaurant's best. Prime time reservations are still tough to acquire, but you should be able to ease in for weekday lunch. "

"1 Michelin star 2024 Chef Stefano Secchi If you've been lucky enough to sample the ethereal cuisine of Emilia-Romagna, you're in for a treat at Chef Stefano Secchi's cherished osteria. Nestled into a well-designed space in the Flatiron District, this cheerful spot brings the Italian region's signature cuisine stateside. Rotating specials and pastas top the charts, and the regional pasta tasting is a sleeper hit. It takes guts to serve a handful of penne with pomodoro sauce or two tortellini in chicken brodo, but when pasta is as refined as this, nobody is complaining. Starters like the feather-light gnocco fritto with mortadella and Prosciutto di Parma, bookended by an appealingly restrained dessert like parmesan cheesecake crowned by citrus gelée, all but guarantee a return visit."

Now, if you don’t Instagram the Anolini de Parma—Aka, the green pasta—you’re literally behind the times. Reservations are released three weeks in advance on Resy and they fly fast! The Maccheroni al Pettine is a good enough excuse to be social and make those plans you have been putting off for months."

"So so sooooooo goood! Arguably thr best Italian in nyc! Taste so fresh and authentic and well made + hand made! For starts the cacio e pepe lettuce is NOT to be missed, toasted bread, burrta truffle and plain and friends got sformatino di scarola, some ricotta infused concoction, nobody reallt understood what it was but they liked it. For mains, GET EVERYTHING LOL! Grandmas pasta was 10/10, I don’t even live mushroom and I inhaled that shit. I got plain tomato strozzapreti, friends got it with lobster. Both amazing. They also got the truffle funghi it honestly looked amazing. We ordered two of each for 6 ppl and wiped it clean. For dessert I recommend the olive cake and the tiramisu. Want to go try the 2 hour pasta tasting once! "

"What is it? After a turn at Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy, which was ranked 2018’s best restaurant in the world, chef Stefano Secchi went on to open one of NYC's best restaurants the following year. Why we love it? Dinner at Rezdôra feels like a new culinary experience even for people who grew up on pasta night. Individual plates are available, but its $98 regional pasta tasting is an exciting tour of the restaurant's best. "
