K'Far - Restaurant israélien et méditerranéen à Brooklyn
K'Far est un café israélien tout au long de la journée, un bar et un restaurant de dîner complet de l'équipe derrière Laser Wolf. Comme Laser Wolf, K'Far est une importation de Philadelphie qui vit dans le hall de l'Hoxton, et c'est notre nouvel endroit préféré pour les jours de semaine lorsque nous voulons travailler au même endroit sans avoir à quitter le bâtiment pour nous sustenter. Le matin, prenez du kubaneh, des borekas et de longs sandwichs au petit-déjeuner en bagel de Jérusalem plats, et après 17h, installez-vous dans une banquette en daim brun entre une jungle improvisée de feuillage vert dans la salle à manger de l'autre côté du foyer. Récompensez-vous avec du tartare d'agneau, du chraime de mérou et un verre.

"Michael Solomonov is building a headquarters for his Philadelphia restaurant hits at the Williamsburg Hoxton Hotel. First up was grill house Laser Wolf, which opened on the rooftop in April, followed by an outpost of his bakery and cafe K’Far, at the basement level, in November. The pastel and plant-cloaked dining rooms make K’Far the kind of place that’s palatable to parents visiting from out of town or friends celebrating a night out. At brunch, look for pistachio sticky buns, olive omelets, and breakfast sandwiches on chewy Jerusalem bagels."
