"Really an eye-opening experience about Chinese Cuisine in this marvellous restaurant I consider quite a must in Hong Kong…and also…one of the best tasting of my life. Chef Vicky has been awarded best Chef in HK for 3 years consecutively…and according to me that’s SO OBVIOUS why. You will live a magical Journey across Chinese authentic flavours. All dishes were simply sublime and I was totally bown away! Go for basic menu (I prefer it over premium one) and don’t miss their add-ons!!!! (Stinky tofu prawn toast were seriously the stars of my night) Signature Roast goose is available if you pre-order it. Service is top level and they kindly accomodate any kind of requests. I will definitely come back. "
