"Pizza à la part Ok, c’est testé et très validé. Partagé une small margherita + 2 parts de hotboi: niveau quantité c’était tb. La pâte est bonne (l’expert=baptiste dit que c’est le style peu hydraté new yorkais), les ingrédients sont bons (notamment sauce et mozza), et voilà. Hot boi un peu épicé (+ un peu trop de miel à mon goût), mais plus gourmand. Autre petit bémol, j’ai senti une pointe de parmesan sur la margherita, et je n’apprécie pas trop quand ils font ça, ça gâche la mozza à mon humble avis. On peut s’asseoir dans le restau, et c’était pas du tout la guerre pour avoir une place. "
