"There are some beautiful values behind this cozy, sustainable brunch restaurant. They offer vegan and vegetarian brunch dishes, made with carefully sourced ingredients. The idea is to impact the environment as little as possible, in everything ranging from the server they use for their website to composting all the food scraps. And for each receipt they plant a tree! The space is lovely: all the furniture is vintage/second hand, and the room in the back with a leafy little patio is gorgeous. They also have curbside terrace. Their pancakes are delicious, the indulgent and filling savory dishes, and you cannot leave without trying their cookies: they’re inspired by the famous Levain Bakery cookies..!
