"Italien élu le meilleur italien de NYC par Time out en 2025"

"The space is small but lively. The staff is knowledgable and lovely. Roscioli is a true food experience. Authentic Roman food at its best. We had the Panterelle and Mandarin salad bathed in shave fiore sarso, crushed sourdough breadcrumbs and an anchovy vinegrette to start. Crunchy, delicious and full of flavor. Carciofi alla Romana (fried artichokes) were light and delicate. No doubt the artichokes were direct from Italy. Their potato focaccia with Puglian and Sicilian olive oil was dense and light with a crunchy crust and moist body. So delicious and different. For entrees, Brian had the Cacio e Pepe. Enough said. And I had the Branzino with crushed pine nuts and stinging nettles, a spinach like green that grows wild and is filled with minerals and loads of good things. I am not exaggerating when I say I was the best branzino I’ve and I’ve had this delicate, flavorful fish everywhere. Can’t wait to go back!"

"• Cuisine: Italian — pasta-focused spot • Food: Pastas, panini, salads, antipasti, pizzas, secondi (chicken/salmon), desserts • Drinks: Coffee/soft drinks plus beer & house wines • Highlight of the menu: Standout = pasta — must-try fresh pasta dishes (examples: Rigatoni with mushrooms/peas/broccoli; Pappardelle with sausage; Meat lasagna) • Budget: Lunch-special to mains: roughly \$11 (lunch special) → $18–$22 typical; generally under $30 per person (examples: Rigatoni $19, Pappardelle $22, Lasagna $22) (house beers/wines offered cheaply during certain hours) • Location: SoHo / Greenwich Village corner takeout storefront (small, street-level) • Ambience: Tiny, casual, busy — described as a “serious takeout operation” • Seating: Very limited indoor seating (~5 small tables) plus sidewalk/outdoor seats; • Service: Counter service for dine-in/takeaway; online ordering and delivery via third-party platforms • Reservation: not possible • Take-away and Delivery: Strong to-go focus; delivery available through third-party apps • Specifics and More: Regular lunch specials, merch (hats/tees) sold, vegetarian options available; some listings note in-house pasta and a long menu despite the tiny space "

"We were thrilled to visit the NYC offshoot of a favorite Rome dining experience, and it did not disappoint. Start to finish, we had delicious food and top-notch service that transported us right back to Rome. The á la carte options upstairs were ideal — while I’m sure the tasting is phenomenal, you can easily enjoy an amazing dinner here off the menu. Kudos to the host, somm and server for a seamless service experience that felt effortless but was clearly anything but."

"Top Italian in NYC, per Eater. The buzzy Italian import from Rome features an upstairs casual a la carte alimentari and a downstairs tasting menu spot. If you’re in the neighborhood it’s worth checking out whether they’re doing wine tastings in the cellar or not: an interesting cavern that points to the building’s past (very few buildings on the street have maintained the room that used to give residents access to waterways)."

"Delish, but a bit overpriced imo. Still, great spot if you’re not in a hurry/thinking about $s. —- Opened in July 2023. From Eater NY: Roscioli, a famous restaurant in Rome known for its bakery, salumeria, and wine bar, opened its first location outside of Italy this week. Currently if is in tasting menu mode, but in the coming weeks, a more casual area and an Italian provisions shop will debut."

"We are excited to open Rome's Roscioli in NYC! Our tasting menu restaurant is on the lower level of 43 MacDougal Street (down the flight of stairs on King Street). We offer a four course tasting menu with wine pairing dinner party experience Monday through Saturday at 6:00PM or 8:30PM for $105 per person. Our dinner menu features classic Roman dishes prepared with the highest quality ingredients. Through the Roscioli Wine Club we have forged deep connections with wine makers throughout Italy to provide a truly unique wine pairing experience. "
