"first (and probably last) time trying Texas- Japanese fusion. Beautiful indoor/outdoor restaurant set up. Walls covered in Japanese signage next to old Texan memorabilia. Staff was potentially on drugs or in a cult. Food was awesome. What’s Texan- Japanese fusion look like you ask? Fresh vegetables. Octopus. Pesto Edamame was out of this world. Maybe best edamame concept I’ve eaten. Ceviche. Poke. Ribs covered in yuzu crema & garlic furikake. dry aged ribeye and koji butter marinated black pearl mushroom skewers. Probably spent more on the Japanese whisky then the actual food. Cool spot to try once. 7.58/10"

"This place was pricey but delicious. It’s Japanese-Texan good. Had the Yuko-lini to start, then a mushroom skewer, a hippie bone marrow bento box as my main and the cornbread to finish. Just delicious, have to go again. Lots of meat options so good to go with meat eaters as well."
