"Caravan is definitely a heavyweight champion in London’s coffee scene! With several restaurant-slash-coffee shops dotted around the city, they’ve truly honed their coffee craft. You can find their beans in a number of other shops, so it’s highly likely you’ll stumble upon them during your coffee adventures, if you haven’t already. They source the finest beans and roast them in London. I have visited the Caravan in King’s Cross, which was one of the first restaurants in the King’s Cross redevelopment. The interior preserves the original granary walls. I would advise timing your visit carefully as it is a popular location. While you’re there, be sure to try the jalapeño cornbread, the garam masala labneh, and the confit duck leg! Other recommendations include the potato bread with cumin, nigella, and lime butter, the pork ribeye or the baked eggs."
