Les foodies ne s'y tromperont pas : ici, la pâte à pizza est légère et croustillante grâce à la cuisson au four à bois, et les pâtes, servies al dente évidemment, sont savoureuses. Le menu est plutôt réduit, l'accent étant davantage mis sur la qualité que la quantité, avec une dizaine de plats au choix dont la classique Margherita ou l'audacieuse Littleneck clam, pizza aux palourdes, ail et citron qui fait la renommée de la maison. Certes, ce n'est pas donné mais les prix sont sensiblement les mêmes que dans la farandole de pièges à touristes qui se trouvent à quelques rues de là. On peut même observer le chef et sa brigade s'affairer derrière les fourneaux en prenant place au comptoir qui fait face à la cuisine ouverte."

"The pizza is good at this younger sibling of Italian restaurant Charlie Bird, under the direction of chef Ryan Hardy. Some go in unexpected directions, such as the Brussels sprouts pie with red onion, or the Salsiccia, with sweet sausage and leeks. There are some great apps, too, including chopped salads and hamachi crudo, which double as drinking snacks for a wine list more expensive and adventuresome than is usual for a pizzeria, making this as much a wine bar as a restaurant."
