"Enjoy craftmanship and nice space Gastronomic experience with all 5 senses Ukai Group, runs this traditional Japanese, Kappo Cuisine, restaurant mainly served on the counter table. The walls are of coal black plaster, and a glass etching with a fantastic bamboo forest appears when you enter the restaurant, then an amazing space of Japanese traditional architecture opens up in front of you. There is a counter dining in the center of the room made of cypress. You are surrounded by the sound of a knife cutting the ingredients, the aroma of the charcoal, and you will experience the food with all your five senses, and besides that, enjoy chatting with the Chefs, who are cooking the food right in front of you, it’s like being at a theater. 3 different dinner courses are offered from ¥13,000. The restaurant specialty, “Suki Hot Pot” with seasonal foods, is included in all courses. During the winter season, grilled Buri(Japanese amberjack) and well simmered radish is served with the Hot Pot Dish with its sensational soup stock. Main Chef, Mr. Keita Tarikino, is also named “Tarikino, the soup stock master”. It is highly recommended that you try this dish out. A sommelier is always present and will suggest wine or sake that matches your dinner choice."

"職人の技と粋な空間。 五感で味わう美食の劇場。 懐石料理店や鉄板焼店を展開するうかいグループによる、カウンターメインの割烹料理店。漆黒の漆喰壁の階段を下りると、エッジングガラスの幻想的な竹林が現れ、その先には現代数奇屋造りの空間が広がる。中央で存在感を放つカウンターには上質な檜の一枚板を使用。洗練された和モダンな空間で食事がいただける。カウンター席では、ダイナミックな包丁捌き、食材を火にかける音、芳ばしい炭火焼の香り、そして料理人との会話など、舌のみならず五感で楽しめるのが魅力。複数の料理人が一斉に調理をする姿を眼前に、まるで劇場にいるような臨場感が味わえるだろう。 夜のコースは13,000円~3種類を用意。スペシャリテはすべてのコースに含まれる、旬の素材を使った季節のすき鍋。冬季はタレを絡めて炭火で焼いたブリと、煮汁の染み込んだ大根を、自慢の出汁でまとめたすき鍋を提供する。統括料理長の他力野慶太氏は「出汁の他力野」の異名を持つほど。ぜひその実力を確かめたい。ソムリエや唎酒師が常駐しており、料理に最適なワインや日本酒をおまかせでペアリングしてくれるのもうれしい。"
