"Known for its opulent interiors, bay windows and signature purple leather chairs, the look of the Langham Hotel’s flagship cocktail lounge hasn’t changed since it won The World's Best Bar award for four consecutive years from 2012. However, with the award-winning team behind the bar departing in 2016 the Artesian needed a refresh. Step forward Remy Savage of Little Red Door in Paris and hotel bar veteran Anna Sebastian, who became head bartender and bar manager respectively at the end of 2017. A host of new, inspired menus followed and once again made headlines at the London institution. The current menu is all about minimalism, with a ‘less is more’ mantra of cocktails being made of only one flavour combination. Think Woodford bourbon and maple water, champagne and cream, cognac and green coffee."
