"Anders & Kaitlin: Located next to Broadway Market, Sune is a restaurant helmed by Noma alumni and front-of-house legends, Charlie Sims and Honey Spencer. This is the kind of London restaurant we love – a cozy neighborhood spot with a welcoming vibe, comforting food, and a thoughtfully curated natural wine list. The kitchen centers around an open fire, where breads, meats, fish, and veggies kiss the charcoal grill. The menu changes frequently, but the crispy potato cake and the charred flatbread with dips seem to be mainstays. (Order them both!) If available, try the grilled potatoes, which are blanketed in a thick brown butter sauce so rich and sweet it could have been served as dessert."
