"As a French person who worked for several wellknown French establishments I was at the good place in my environnement, I felt at home here. I took an Airlines ticket from Raleigh North Carolina to eat the famous lemon pizza of Jean Georges and it did not disappoint. The crust was excellent, really light and fine Luke the one I like the most, you can easily eat the entire pizza without any guilt and feel good. I think most of the things was good but it was impossible to try everything. We have a few things like the croissant and the pain aux raisins at the bakery. Even people were coming here to buy a few baguettes and different breads. Then we went to their chocolaterie, how to explain. No words to describe it you have to come. We took a special chocolate bar with hazelnut pistachio praliné and coffee. The merch was classy but I will need to order a few items because I feel like I need a souvenir form this place. Anyway, you should come here and you won't be disappointed."
