"would have been higher had the food matched the vibe; giant plus for being a foreigner friendly place - almost everyone if not all customers seemed to be tourists, and it was nice not to feel "other" in a restaurant for once. food, however, was definitely just okay 3.5 for being an accessible izakaya place with good vibes and good enough food"
