"Da Francesca Pugliese “Onesta quando leggerete il menù sarete confusi, e penserete che? Ma cosa ordino? Nulla mi ispira.. e tutti i piatti che abbiamo mangiato erano 10/10 non fatevi scoraggiare dal menu complicato e diverso dal solito”"

"A slice of lasagna at Walrus Rodeo is thin, with a dark, charred surface. From a distance it looks like a healthy serving of parmigiana. Forkfuls reveal wilted mustard greens, tangy stracchino, lamb ragù hinting of moussaka. The food here toys with your expectations in this way, with dishes that look familiar, only to reveal flavors you didn’t predict. Servers mash carrot tartare, bound by espuma and salsa verde, as soon as it lands on the table; charred long beans hold dollops of lemon curd. The staff will make you feel lucky to be part of the scene unfolding nightly in this unassuming Little Haiti strip mall. And while the restaurant lives up to its “not just a pizzeria” tagline, you should order at least one pie."

"Great place for wood oven sourdough pizza and a fantastic bistro menu. The service is as good as NYC or London. A bit hipster. The location is a bit low brow in a crappy strip mall but once you are inside you will not even notice. Excellent wine list too "

"The team behind one of Miami’s most popular and well-reviewed restaurants, Boia De, are debuting their latest creation: Walrus Rodeo, a restaurant serving up wood-fired fare located just doors away from Boia De in Little Haiti. Walrus Rodeo’s menu revolves around the restaurant’s central wood-fire oven with dishes like lasagna with lamb ragu, charbroiled Island Creek oysters with jalapeno hot sauce and brown butter brioche crumble; the spicy OG pizza with boquerones, melted shallots, and maple brown butter; local wahoo crudo with green papaya and crispy rice; and churros with fluff and spiced chocolate. The restaurant will serve beer and wine on tap, along with wines by the glass, bottle, and carafe."
