Côté plats, le Swan propose une cuisine européenne contemporaine avec une forte influence italienne et des notes japonisantes. C'est un peu cher mais les plats sont de qualité. "Someone's chicken was dry, someone's salmon was overcooked. I got buternutt squash raviolis and the plate was tinyyyy and it was not that special the one from cactus club is better. We got Alaskan king crab tempura (2 orders since 2 pieces each) which was actually really good, really tender meat, but the price was ridiculous ($52 for 2 [long] pieces of tempura). Rob's snapper fish plate with other seafood was actually really good. Had great white wine : Sancerre. All cocktails were really strong which is nice. Rob even got tipsy and he didn't feel well poor guy. He didn't go out with us that night (just Bodega). Had cloth around the lemon so seeds don't fall in. "
