"Incontournable pour les gourmands avides de classiques : le célèbre hot-dog au chili du Ben’s Chili Bowl, servi depuis 1958. La saucisse half-smoke et le chili légèrement épicé font de ce hot-dog un snack au goût de revenez-y. Pas très grand, le deli ne désemplit pas. Touristes et habitués se succèdent au comptoir ou aux quelques tables du local éclairé aux néons et décoré de photos montrant des célébrités des 50 dernières années en train de se régaler de spécialités au chili.
