The convivial, art-filled dining room is backed by the open kitchen and contains just five tables (seating 1 to 4 diners). Guests are seated together at 8pm (1.30pm for lunch), with drinks at the bar from 7pm (lunch 1pm). Chef-patron Gareth Ward leads a 20-course set menu featuring accomplished small plates celebrating the world's finest produce, with a focus on fat-aged meat including the best A5 Japanese wagyu that money can buy, preserved seasonal ingredients and Asian flavour combinations with a British twist. It's up there with the finest destination restaurants in the UK and well worth the journey from anywhere in the world."
