"Bib Gourmand 2023 This all-day operation is the brainchild of baker Zak Stern. He grew up in Miami, then apprenticed at a number of organic farms in Sweden, France and Israel before returning to his hometown to fulfill his culinary dreams. The crux of his menu is baked, as in breads and pastries, along with sandwiches, soups and salads. The "BLT" features salmon bacon, lettuce and tomato all stuffed into a deliciously flaky croissant. For something sweet, get the flourless dark chocolate cookie bursting with whole toasted almonds. This kosher bakery and café is located in hip Wynwood and welcomes diners with a color-splashed façade."

"Amazing food with seasonal menus. Tried egg sandwich with SALMON BACON on brioche, yuca en mojo. Yuca was super creamy, warm and comforting. Got cinnamon roll (incredible) and croissant. If you dine there, it’s an open concept, so you can watch them make the bread right next to the table!"
