"This high-rise restaurant has a huge outside terrace overlooking a great swathe of the south bank. Although all those rattan chairs and palms make it look more like Miami than Southwark. Order up a flamboyant cocktail while you pursue the mainly seafood menu. Rainproof? There is a retractable roof, but at these heights you're going to get a little damp if it really rains."
