They say they are the only exclusively farm-to-table coffee roaster in the world, and their coffees, shipped air freight from Colombia within two weeks of processing at the farm, are roasted on-site, behind glass right in the front of the shop. Try one of their selections as espresso, V60 or French Press, or enjoy cascara tea made by siphon, or fruity Colombian aromatica de frutas – fresh fruits infused into hot water. Pastries and a small selection of high-quality sandwiches are made on site, but you'll come for the coffee and stay for the two-story living plant wall and brilliant skylight. It's a one-of-a-kind coffee experience, and definitely worth a visit."
