Set in a converted shop house in a leafy alley off Sathorn Road, the restaurant serves an 11 course tasting with each dish representing a technique or concept commonly found in traditional Thai cooking, such as grilling, stir-frying and fermentation. Hours: D Daily. No availability during my last trip 9/22. Go next time! Reservations seem pretty easy even last minute. Reservation at Saawaan can be done on a 2-month basis. At 00:00hrs on every 15th of the month, seats will be released for booking for the later 2 months. For example: For reservations in July or August, you can make a reservation from June 15th at 00:00hrs onwards."

"Saawaan est un restaurant thaïlandais raffiné installé dans un ancien magasin situé dans une allée verdoyante de Sathorn Road. Le restaurant dispose d'un espace salle à manger de 24 places. Les murs sombres, le papier peint coloré et les planchers en bois sombres constituent un décor attrayant. Le chef de cuisine et propriétaire Sujira 'Aom' Pongmorn sert un menu de dégustation de saison composé de 10 plats. Chaque plat représente une technique ou un concept couramment utilisé dans la cuisine thaïlandaise traditionnelle, telle la cuisson au grill, à la vapeur, au wok ou à base de fermentation."
