Samrub Samrub is run by a husband (a David Thompson of Nahm fame protege) and wife team serving a tasting menu that changes monthly and they rarely repeat a dish. Choice of counter seating or table. Won 1st Michelin star 2024; #75 World’s 50 Best Restaurants; #31 Top 50 Restaurants Asia 2022 & #29 2024; Closed for vacation and could not go on last trip 9/22. Hours: D Tue-Sat. Reservations seem quite easy with last minute availability. Reserve via Line (a texting App) @samrubforthai or email samrubforthai@gmail.com. As of 12/31 they had opened reservations for Jan & Feb; As of 3/21 they had reservations open through 5/18 -> Looks like they open reservations 2 months out. You can make a reservation for 1 pax. Checked 3/21 avd 5/21 was available but no tables and times were available. "
