"Le Shilin Night Market est le plus gros night market de Taipei (et de Taiwan !) et donc également le plus touristique, mais malgré tout il m’a beaucoup plu. Sa particularité, ce sont les jeux de fête foraine qu’on trouve entre les stands de bouffe et de shopping ! ->> RECOMMENDATIONS les cream puffs en forme de Totoro (dans le fond de la partie centrale couverte du marché) ! On a pris matcha custard et c’était trop bon. les pepper buns cuits dans un four traditionnel, collés à la paroi, de Fuzhou Ancestor Pepper Pie. Un délice à manger très très chaud ! (On a beaucoup moins aimé Hai You Pork Ribs, la soupe de ribs pourtant recommandée par le Michelin… en plus tout était surgelé !)"

(it’s at #49 on the main lane through Shilin Night Market—大東路49號). In 2019, Shilin stalls Chung Chia Sheng Jian Bao (鍾家原上海生煎包, 38, Xiaodong Street/小東街38號), specializing in Shanghai-style pan-fried buns, and Good Friend Cold Noodles (好朋友涼麵, #31, Danan Road/大南路31號), specializing in cold sesame noodles were added to the Michelin list."
