Traditional French cuisine at Kioicho with

“Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho” newly opened at the site of former Grand Prince Hotel Akasaka. Le Favori is located at the 3rd floor of the building. Japanese colorful stones are decorated on the wall in the dining room. Softly brown chairs and sofas are arranged under the artistic light, they create a modern and nostalgic atmosphere.
Chief chef, Yasutugu Shiraishi takes his leadership at the kitchen. Using the French traditional cooking method, he makes use of the most Japanese ingredients. The symbolic dish is bouillabaisse. The seasonal seafood from the ocean near Japan and a golden saffron source with seafood’s broth are cooked together. He provides the traditional and essential world to the guests with his warm hospitality.
