"Went 6/24. Had a Pear, Wasabi & Elder Flower. The wasabi in it was great! Super original menu. Quiet on a Tue night, only 6 other customers (bar can hold a dozen or so at the bar). Bartender Hiroki Kaneko is super nice. Part of Spirits & Sharing inc. Recommended by Shingo Gokan, bartender at Angel’s share in NYC quite a few years ago (close to a decade?) and now of SG Club fame in Tokyo (but has bars in Shanghai as well). Avant-garde approach to cocktails using ingredients like foie-gras infused vodka and smoked chocolate for example. Gets pretty rowdy with salarymen on weekdays but more quiet on weekends. Recommended by vlogger Jake Valianes 1/24. #36 Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2016. Hours: Weekdays 18:00-26:00 & Sat 17:00-23:00 (Closed Sun Holidays). A bar with the concept of Mixology Cocktail in Akasaka. It is also the first bar in Japan to introduce centrifuges and vacuum distillers. Smoked dishes and cocktail pairing courses are also popular"
