"Jeffrey’s is one of the best restaurants in Austin. The food is classic upscale steakhouse fare for the most part, but done impeccably well. The steaks have a nice crust and are some of the most flavorful I’ve had outside of Chicago. Cocktails are incredible and wine list is very solid. Save room for dessert because the soufflés are very, very good."

"Fantastic date night spot to spend your bonus. Meat is why you go and what you get. I got a 24 ounce bone in strip sourced locally from Yoakum, TX. Paired with Yukon mash and a bottle of Trefethen. Food was delayed substantially and so they brought over little apps to keep us happy. Truffled eggs and the like. Overall I didn’t mind waiting, which was unusual. 8.8/10 (maybe this is generous but it really was so memorable)"

Owned by the same folks at Josephine House (another one of our favorite restaurants in Austin), the entire top to bottom dining experience at Jeffrey’s is truly remarkable. You’re coming here for anniversary dates, birthday dinners, or to impress your in-laws, so take the bull by the horns and go all out with the menu. You’re going to love everything you try and it’s a necessity for you or your significant other to indulge in a big, juicy, medium-rare steak. "
