At the helm here is Federico Zanasi, also from Spain, who focuses on two key elements in his cuisine, namely produce and technique. His menus | Classici, Festival, Gran Festival are served in a modern, contemporary-style dining room with a New York feel, created by the famous stage-designer Dante Ferretti, while the friendly, young and attentive staff are on hand to ensure that guests enjoy the experience to the full, accompanied by music in the background. Dessert and coffee are served in their own dedicated room."
