High-quality meat, often from pasture-raised, grass-fed animals. Giuseppe Zen runs the puppet show: knows everything about meat and won’t stop talking about it. You can either really like or really dislike the guy. Traditional Italian flavors with a contemporary twist. The sandwiches are all very good; mutton options are really rich. Also, niche wine options. Huge low: very expensive. Definitely overpriced. Franchino: top 3 panini Milano. FD: Svizzera di pecora e di mucca; Bollito rifatto; Mondeghili."

"Posto molto buono, fa cose molto particolari è un po’ costoso, ma ne vale la pena perché mangi davvero cose molto particolari e associate alla carne. Da assaggiare il pastrami e la lingua di vitello tonnato, una roba del genere."

"Un chiosco all’interno del mercato con qualche posto a sedere (al sole quindi attenti alle giornate calde). Ho provato la loro cervellina fritta, bruschetta con salsiccia di Bra con finocchietto, il roast beef, frico di patate ed il tiramisù. Tutto eccezionale, unico tasto e dolente forse il roast beef un sapore troppo articolato e poco semplice. "
