"Gevestigd in een schitterend oud pand van een brouwerij. Katz Orange is één van de meest populaire restaurants van Berlijn Mitte en dat is ook wel te merken. Het is misschien wel net een beetje té hip. Er wordt vooral gewerkt met slowfood, dus als je houdt van vlees dat een tijdje in zijn natuurlijke sappen heeft staan garen (denk: pulled pork etc): dan is dit het restaurant waar je moet zijn. Wel even reserveren van te voren."
