"Where I Ate DesiPDX I ordered the masala pulled pork as it is one of their most popular bowls. The bowl with basmati rice and chutney was the perfect amount. I loved the crispy chickpeas on top that gave the dish a nice crunch alongside the rich meat, savory rice, and spicy chutney. Where Else to Eat Fried Egg I”m in Love This food cart has multiple locations and excellent breakfast sandwiches that I tried at a different pod (described under Pioneer Courthouse Square). Matt’s BBQ Matt’s BBQ is one of the most well-known food carts in Portland. They also opened Matt’s BBQ tacos at Hinterland Bar & Food Carts with the same great meats. I waited to try them at Hinterland (described below). Make sure to try at least one of Matt’s food carts. "
