"Can’t imagine I need to even review this restaurant with how world famous it already is, but we had a lovely lunch here. We did a boat day from capri with a stop here for lunch and it was a perfect day. The pasta Nerano is as good as advertised. I started with marinated sardines which were fantastic as well, and the eggplant balls, also very good! The yellow tomato sauce is rather sweet, and it usually comes with ravioli but you can (and should) request spaghetti instead of ravioli. Huge restaurant inside but we sat on the dock which was nice."

Désormais géré par la troisième génération, tous les ingrédients sont frais et proviennent de leur ferme familiale ou des pêcheurs locaux. La vue sur la mer est tellement spectaculaire que vous ne voudrez pas repartir, et heureusement, vous n’aurez pas à le faire car ils ont également quelques chambres dans leur B&B. "Not as upscale as we were expecting. There were people there in T-shirts. That said, we ate a really good lobster that we got to pick out of the tank and the fish was fresh. Outside was nice - it was like a dock. We didn’t need to go that far from hotel to try it. Probably a great place for lunch, not a fancy dinner. "

"We’ve been trying to find a way to have a meal at Lo Scoglio for 5 years. Located in Nerano, on the Amalfi Coast, it isn’t easy to unless you’re staying in Nerano…unless, of course you arrive by boat. We hired a boat for the day to go to Capri and decided to avoid the crowds on Capri and enjoy lunch at Lo Scoglio instead. No regrets, only sheer joy. The orata, rucola e pomodori salad, escarole and spaghetti e vongole were absolutely perfect…as were the views and the breeze!"
