La dernière carte de cocktails de Sidecar, Dear Delhi , est une célébration de l'essence de la ville à travers des boissons qui parlent de son histoire, du gigantesque marché aux épices de Khari Baoli au phool mandi (marché aux fleurs) de Mehrauli. "No. 67 Worlds 100 Best Bars 2023 (91 in 2020) Flying the flag for India in the Asia's 50 Best Bars list, Sidecar – set up by industry stalwarts Yangdup Lama and Minakshi Singh – has something for everyone. The highlight, of course, is the second-floor bar, set above the restaurant on the first floor. This light and spacious wood-panelled space features a stage for live music, and an extensive drinks selection. The bar’s interpretation of its namesake cocktail takes pride of place on the menu, combining cognac, bourbon, roasted corn and lime acid. Its current menu, Dear Delhi, is a tribute to its surrounding city, with drinks like the Bhumi – a fusion of sous vide makroot lime gin, camphor cordial and orange foam – formulated by memories of suburban life growing up in the region."
