"eAter: In 2013, chef Ron Blaauw “gave back” his two Michelin stars and relaunched his fine dining restaurant as the casual and wallet-friendly Ron Gastrobar. The chef hasn’t looked back since, making unfussy food in a definitively relaxed environment (although Michelin did award him a star within a year after the relaunch). Choose from the selection of starter plates, then go for one of the specials, like whole-roasted turbot or sea bass. The barbecued, dry-aged steaks are also some of the best in town. [$$$]"
