I like the ciabatta bread, either fresh or bufala mozzarella (like it a bit wet), arugula, roasted peppers or sun-dried tomatoes, gotta go with the proscuitto at least. (you can order a custom online and just pick-up, avoid the line) - but if you want a pre-named one, Montesarchio or Napoli are solid. the #26 pisillo sandwich is my favorite. It has everything you could ever want on a sandwich: prosciutto di parma, porchetta, bufala mozzarella, roasted peppers, arugula, balsamic dressing I like it on sfilatino bread but there's no wrong bread choice (besides maybe focaccia)"
