"TLV Mall is part of the former wholesale market complex that was established in cooperation with "Riboa Kahol Real Estate", "Moshe Vigal Gindi" and "Gindi Investments". In addition to the mall, the complex includes four 48 floors residential towers, an elementary school and country club. In December 2019, Gindi sold its share to "Riboa Kahol Real Estate" and thus the mall & the TLV complex became fully owned by Riboa Kahol. The shopping mall includes two commercial floors with a commercial area of approximately 32.5 thousand square meters, with the street level being the upper floor. The mall has two entrances, one on each street (Hashmonaim and Carlebach) and the mall itself is built on two boulevards of shops, one straight with skylight lighting and the other rounded."
