"This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. With the tapas style, everything was served as it was ready, ensuring the food was pipping hot, and that the experience felt authentic and true. The flavors and innovation of the dishes were undoubtably fantastic. Every single dish(not all pictured) that we ordered was delicious. The standouts for me personally were the black bean and plantain empanadas(delicious in their sweet, flavorful yet comforting simplicity), the ahi tuna ceviche and the shrimp ceviche(very saucy, very flavorful, and very different from each other. You can’t go wrong), the clam and chorizo squid ink pasta with pistachio cream(I mean, need I say more? I’ve never had anything like it and it was fantastic), the roasted chicken of course(perfect with the sauces, the charred corn on the Cobb, and small slices of sweet potato and red onion. I mean, oh my god). I also tasted some of the lomo saltado(not pictured), and that was incredibly flavorful and served in a unique way too, with the jasmine rice as a crispy patty(the sauces were also amazing). The cocktail menu aligns with the food in terms of innovation and quality of flavors as well. I had a drink called “lunar ….”, I can’t find the name of it on the online menu. You could really taste the coconut and blackberry. I also tasted the Lechon margarita and the mal humorado, both were refreshing and delicious. As for the deserts, the banana cream pie was fantastic and the pavlova was amazing as well. The banana caramel cream pie was quite rich though, best for sharing. Overall, we enjoyed every single thing we had. I would go here again in a heartbeat. The service was also incredible. The waiters were attentive, warm, and seemed relaxed despite the buzz. Drinks were served quickly, and the chef even came by to chat with us for a little while. The view of the park and river across the street is lovely too. It was pricy of course, but I would argue it’s worth it for the top notch experience. This is what restaurants strive to be. I would come again in a heartbeat. Portland, you’re winning me over! "
