After winning over the hearts of Dubai through its distinguished delivery of Japanese food, the restaurant’s second location in Cairo’s Waterway mall is just as exciting and polished as the original. Here, the skewers still reign supreme. Various cuts of chicken and beef are layered onto sticks and expertly grilled over fire, finished with glazes of teriyaki, citrus mayo and more.
