"Exclusive to guests staying at VIK Chile, you can enjoy the on-property restaurant Milla Milla serving modern, seasonal cuisine. This is the VIK signature restaurant with floor-to-ceiling glass windows on both sides of the restaurant, with views looking out to the rolling hills of the valley on one side, and on the other, the view faces the internal ‘zen garden’ of the hotel. The interior is simple and modern, anchored by a bold, floor-to-ceiling mural that keeps art central to the dining experience; guests are invited to sign the mural after their meal. At lunch, a three-course menu is offered with specials and options for each course. At dinner, a multi-course set tasting menu is offered with wine pairings. There are two other restaurant options on the VIK property that are also available to non-hotel guests and offer guests of the hotel more variety during a stay: Pavilion, which is a similar experience to Milla Milla (both offering contemporary, seasonal Chilean cuisine) and VIK Zero , the newest restaurant on the estate serving a “terroir-to-table” or “garden-to-table” menu. VIK Zero is located in the organic garden on the property."
