"Cool spot near Alamo square. Very popular, lots of people coming in and out, and it took 20+ minutes to get our sandwiches. Honestly I wasn’t too happy with them. Great ingredients and worth the price and wait but I thought they could’ve simplified their menu items and focused more on providing a great bite then fitting all the different jams, sauces, veggies and meats into the bread. Just overkill. Also felt kinda shitty after eating it. Would love to try something else on their menu. 7.35/10"

"The sandwiches from Lucinda’s are in a class of their own. Stuffed with neat layers of meat, veggies, and spreads and made with fresh, crispy baguettes, they’re always our go-to when we’re craving a sandwich. We regularly consider clearing our schedules for the afternoon and heading over to the NoPa spot for the spicy tuna melt or BLTA, and eating one in the grass at Alamo Square. Be sure to grab extra napkins - things can get messy."
