The signature and award-winning cocktail, Beets by Tjoget, mixes beetroot and vodka with coconut and ginger. Tjoget is located in what used to be a somewhat sketchy part of Södermalm, the largest of the 14 islands which make up Stockholm city. Now eight years in, it draws an international cocktail crowd – but without losing its neighbourhood feel. While always up for a party and frequented by lauded names of the industry, Tjoget is also a place for a quiet beer and sausage.
