"Awesome dinner 6/24. Won 2nd star 2024 after wining first star 2023 and kept it in 2025. Beautiful seasonal tasting menu using ingredients from own garden which we were able to visit. Chef Tam is talented and friendly. The restaurant is located in chef Tam’s family home. Open kitchen which is nice but design is a tad disappointing. Food is great. #86 Top 50 Restaurants Asia 2022 and #42 2024; shown on Netflix’s Midnight Asia. Chef Tam Chudaree Debhakam worked as sous chef at famed Blue Hill at Stone Barns in New York. Here she brings the farm to table idea to beautifully presented contemporary Thai menu. Hours: D Wed-Sun with 2 seatings 6-9:30pm and 7:30-10:30pm. They were doing catering events she did not have availability during last trip 9/22. MUST GO NEXT TIME. RESERVATIONS: Minimum party size is 2 on online reservation system but take reservations for solo diners via email at reservation@baantepabkk.com. As of 12/24/23 they seemed to have reservations open through end of March. Good availability 2 weeks out. Reservations for June will become available starting at 11:00 AM Bangkok time on April 1st. "
